1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and yo99 ("yo99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yo99 platform available at yo99.app, including all associated products, services, live casino games, sports betting markets, slot games, and promotional offerings (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the yo99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2 Eligibility

Use of the yo99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. yo99 strictly prohibits use of its Platform by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. yo99 may require documentary proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal restriction, guardianship, or court order that would prohibit you from engaging in gambling or betting activities.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling and sports betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using the Platform. yo99 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users must independently verify compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Single account: Each user is permitted to hold only one yo99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, with yo99 or any affiliated gaming operator.

3 Account Registration

To access yo99's real-money betting and gaming services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yo99 account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. yo99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify yo99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

yo99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withdrawal of pending funds pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

yo99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Supported payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, and processing times are subject to change and are published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

• All funds deposited into a yo99 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• yo99 is not a financial institution. Funds held in your yo99 account are not interest-bearing and do not constitute a deposit for the purposes of any banking or financial services regulation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. yo99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request before processing.
• yo99 reserves the right to void and return deposits where there is reason to believe those funds are derived from fraudulent, unlawful, or third-party sources.
• yo99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of yo99.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the yo99 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. These rules are available within each game or market on the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. yo99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances.
• yo99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure that materially affected the displayed odds or game outcome.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of yo99's trading or games team is final, subject to the formal complaint process described in these Terms.
• yo99 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or close accounts where there is evidence of professional wagering, arbitrage, or exploitation of platform pricing errors.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at yo99's discretion to reflect significant changes in match circumstances. Odds available at the time of bet confirmation are binding, regardless of subsequent market movements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

yo99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, or other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, all of which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Promotional offers are intended for personal and recreational use only. yo99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or reverse bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or collusion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yo99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using a yo99 account if you are under 18 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in response to a verification request;
• Holding more than one yo99 account, whether in your own name or under any alias;
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or using the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets or game outcomes that yo99 would not knowingly offer under normal operating conditions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing yo99 staff or other users in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the yo99 Platform, including but not limited to software code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game interfaces, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of yo99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of yo99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yo99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

yo99 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or secure. yo99 shall not be liable for any disruption to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by yo99's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11 Privacy & Data

yo99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at yo99.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. yo99 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

yo99 may be required by law, court order, or regulatory authority to disclose personal data about your account and transaction history. yo99 will comply with such requirements without prior notification to you unless prohibited from doing so by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

yo99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which yo99 is licensed and operated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless resolved through yo99's internal dispute resolution process.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with yo99 through the Platform's formal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted via the live chat or email support channels. yo99 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
